It’s our duty to save the environment’s beauty

Giving India’s industrial waste a second life

Since 2012, Tozen Toma has been turning what industry throws away into what the planet can reuse — SPCB-approved recycling infrastructure, 14+ years of regulatory expertise, and 180+ MNC clients trusting us with their impact. Every month, that means 300–400 tonnes of waste rescued from landfill, not buried in it.

Our purpose

Why this work matters to us

Every tonne of hazardous waste we intercept is one less tonne threatening someone’s groundwater. Every tonne of plastic and e-waste we recover is one less tonne choking a landfill that a family lives beside. This isn’t a side business for us — it’s been Piyush Mittal’s life’s work since 2012, and it’s the reason Tozen Toma exists.

Why Tozen Toma

A partner built for measurable impact

Deep regulatory knowledge, infrastructure we own outright, and reporting your auditors can stand behind — combined into recycling programmes that are efficient, compliant and genuinely cost-effective.

Regulatory Expertise

Since 2012 we’ve walked industries through SPCB, CPCB and MoEF clearances — CTE, CTO, and authorizations under the Hazardous Waste, Biomedical Waste, E-Waste and Plastic Waste Management Rules. Fourteen-plus years in, we know the process because we’ve lived it.

Own Recycling Infrastructure

We operate our own SPCB-approved recycling units — we recover material ourselves, we don’t broker your waste out to third parties.

Audit-Ready Reporting

Half-yearly compliance reports and due-diligence documentation your board, auditors and ESG reviewers can rely on.

Superior Unit Economics

Disposal costs of ₹2.5–10/kg against ₹7–25/kg for legacy incineration players — with zero residue left behind.

Our services

End-to-end environmental services

From regulatory consent to recycling, co-processing, treatment-plant delivery and EPR registration — six connected practices under one accountable partner.

What we handle

Every stream, kept in circulation

Eight streams handled end to end — segregated at source, processed at our SPCB-approved units, and returned to industry as usable raw material.

How it works

How we close the loop

A transparent, four-stage journey that keeps every gram of material in circulation — and out of landfill.

STAGE 01
Collect
We audit your waste streams and set up secure, source-segregated collection across every site.
Traction & opportunity

Scaling from execution, not concept

₹10.28 CrRevenue, FY25-26
3xYoY Growth
180+MNC Clients
300–400 MTRecycled Every Month

That’s roughly 15–20 truckloads of waste rescued from landfill every single month — not a one-time number, an ongoing rhythm.

India waste management market opportunity

SAM₹22,000 CrAddressable multi-stream segment
SOM₹1,200 CrImmediately capturable opportunity

India’s EPR compliance market alone is projected to reach ₹42,000 Cr by 2027, growing at a 14.3% CAGR — driven by tightening Extended Producer Responsibility enforcement and corporate ESG mandates.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked

Which environmental clearances can you help us obtain?

We assist with Consent to Establish (CTE), Consent to Operate (CTO), and authorizations under the Hazardous Waste Management Rules, Biomedical Waste Rules, E-Waste Rules and Plastic Waste Management Rules, along with NOCs for ground-water abstraction from the Central Ground Water Authority.

Do you operate your own recycling facilities?

Yes. We operate SPCB-approved recycling units for e-waste, plastic, battery, used oil, expired FMCG/solid waste, and metal (lead, tin, zinc) ash, dross and slag — material is processed at our own sites, not brokered to third parties.

How can our CSR budget support plantation drives?

Through Leafy Trails Foundation, our affiliated NGO. You can sponsor a plantation drive, fund a fixed number of saplings under a CSR line item, or combine a waste-management contract with a plantation pledge for a complete environmental partnership.

How do we get started with Tozen Toma?
