We work as your pollution consultant, managing Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) applications with the State Pollution Control Board, along with authorizations under the Hazardous Waste Management Rules, Biomedical Waste Rules, E-Waste Rules and Plastic Waste Management Rules. We also prepare half-yearly compliance reports and support NOC applications for ground-water abstraction from the Central Ground Water Authority.

Own Recycling Units (SPCB-Approved)

Tozen Toma operates its own SPCB-approved recycling facilities — one of the most advanced multi-stream units of its kind in India — for e-waste, plastic waste, battery waste, used oil, discarded containers, solid/expired-FMCG waste, and metal (lead, tin, zinc) ash, dross and slag recovery. Because we own the infrastructure, your waste is processed directly by us, with full traceability.

Water & Ground Water Studies

Integrated Environmental Services

From feasibility study to commissioning, we design, engineer, supply, erect and commission water and wastewater treatment infrastructure — sewage treatment plants, effluent treatment plants, reverse osmosis systems, evaporators, multiple-effect evaporators, air pollution control devices (wet scrubbers), water softening plants, chemical dosing systems and zero-liquid-discharge plants — plus ongoing Annual Maintenance Contracts.
